For large businesses, lowering their carbon emissions can be a huge task but a necessary one. One that can absolutely be achieved when working together.

On Thursday 17 July, delegates from over 50 large businesses attended a day of talks, panels and case studies, all demonstrating how large businesses can lower their impact on the environment.

Speakers from British Sugar, Greene King, Mizkan, Groundwork East, University of Suffolk, Opergy, Sizewell C and Freeport East inspired delegates, talking through their own efforts to cut the carbon in their organisations.

This project forms just one part of Suffolk’s Climate Emergency Plan under the theme of Industrial and Commercial Energy and is funded by Suffolk’s Public Sector Leaders.
